I'm struck by the ads and TV shows that promote flexible work, but in a way that doesn't make sense. They make it look like it's easy but in a way that is scary to managers. Think of the woman at the beach with her three kids conducting her most important client meeting. That's not how most managers want you to work. We have to find a way to take the fear factor out of flexibilty. Any ideas?
