Dr. Sandy Burud, Chief Strategy Officer, FlexPaths, is reponsible for product strategy and development of this new web portal on workplace flexibility solutions. She is the former President of the Alliance for Work-Life Progress, the professional association of work-life and workplace flexibility practitioners. She co-authored Leveraging the New Human Capital (Davies-Black), the Human Resource scholar’s ‘2004 Book of the Year’, a book that is changing the dialog about human capital and flexibility. She spent 25 years as consultant to large and mid-sized employers on work-life, flexibility, and human capital.
