Transitioning Field Offices to Offices of the Future

Interview with Kathy Kacher

Q: What problem were you working to solve for the client?  What was the burning platform?

A major insurer was proceeding with a multi-year plan to evolve its financial centres into more progressive workspaces.  They had the real estate and IT resources lined up; however, they were cognizant that the differently configured workspaces would represent a significant change for the leadership in the centres as well as the advisers and support staff. Given they didn’t have a plan or dedicated resources to prepare or transition the people, FlexPaths’ expertise was needed.

Creating Pathways & Empowerment for Female Advisors

Interview with Tammy Palazzo

Q: What problem were you working to solve for the client?  What was the burning platform?

A major insurance provider was looking for ways to tackle the industry-wide challenge of low representation of female advisers in their agency system. The goal was to create a program to engage the female producers in a dynamic way that would result in an increase in their sales production as well as a more positive experience within the larger organization (hopefully resulting in greater retention of women and attracting more women to the business).

Building a Collaborative, High Performing Culture

Interview with Jill Sansone and Jill Semegran

Q: What problem were you working to solve for the client?  What was the burning platform?

A major medical center was in the midst of a high profile, multi-million dollar implementation of an electronic record management software system for the entire enterprise. To achieve this end, the project would need a brand new team with varied professional backgrounds – IT, Operations, and Clinical Services. This new team was now working together for the first time on this extremely critical effort for the center. The team members were all high performers and were hand-picked for this very important, high profile initiative. The objective was to quickly take the team from the ‘forming’ and ‘transitioning’ stages and build a high performing culture that was both collaborative and innovative.
